At Merts, we develop a specific solution to each customers specialized needs. This may be achieved by putting together standard components or designing a custom plant for a particular installation. Using computer-aided design (CAD), the engineering department will create the drawings necessary to turn that solution into rugged, dependable, long-lasting equipment.

Merts uses heavy-duty steel welded together by experienced, qualified technicians. The equipment is tested and inspected at every stage of construction. All of Merts products are then sandblasted, primed, and given a heavy coating of quality machinery enamel. The result is equipment that looks good, performs well, and is long lasting for our many customers.
